3. WITH WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
3.1. We may disclose your Personal Information to a contractor or service provider for a business purpose. We further restrict the contractor and service provider from selling or sharing your Personal Information. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the categories of Personal Information described in section 2 above for a business purpose:
3.1.1. Our Affiliates. Your Personal Information has been shared with our affiliates to manage the Website and the companies' services.
3.1.2. Contractors and Service Providers, including shipping companies, financial service providers, data storage providers, data security services, fraud detection and prevention services, product analytics, session or activity recording services, content transcription and analysis services, performance measurement, advertising and marketing service providers, partnered brand, consent manager (CMP) which is external service that provides use with the ability to allow website visitors to control and manager their cookies and other tracking preferences and consent, insurers. We disclose Personal Information with selected third-party companies and individuals we engage to perform services on our behalf, such as improving and optimizing the Website, process Personal Information in the context of provision of analytical services to us, for operational, commercial and technical purposes related to the management of the Website and its services as well as for the purchase and delivery of DFY Ordinary’s products. We only provide such contractors and service providers with Personal Information so they can perform their required functions on our behalf.
3.1.3. Public Authorities. We have disclosed or allowed government and law enforcement officials access to certain Personal Information, exclusively subject to a law request, such as tax authorities.
4. HAVE WE SHARED OR SOLD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
4.1. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we do not “sell” information as most people would commonly understand that term, we do not, and will not, disclose your Personal Information in direct exchange for money or some other form of payment. However, for retargeting and analytic purposes, when we promote our products, we use third-party tools that are able to market our products online, measure these marketing efforts, identify individuals that are interested in our products, etc. This is done by placing cookies, pixel or other tracking technology on our Website and sharing with these vendors the online identifiers and online behavior information.
4.2. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we “sell” or “share” the categories of Personal Information described in section 2 above to partnered brand when you decide to take part in a giveaway.
5. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR?
5.1. We retain Personal Information for as long as you use our Website, until we answer your requests and as necessary to deliver our products and its related services.
5.2. Other circumstances in which we will retain your Personal Information for longer periods of time include:
5.2.1. where we are required to do so in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, or
5.2.2. for us to have an accurate record of your interaction with us in the event of any inquiries or contact requests, or

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?
6.1. We endeavor to maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures compliant with industry standards to protect Personal Information in particular, against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.
6.2. However, although we make every effort to protect the Personal Information which you provide to us or we generate, we cannot completely ensure the security of any Personal Information you transmit to us over the internet or guarantee that this Personal Information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

7. CHILDREN
7.1. The Website and its services are directed towards and designed for use by individuals aged 16 and older. We do not solicit or knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16.

ix. Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment if and when you exercise your rights regarding your Personal Information under the CCPA.
8.1.2. Only you may make a request related to your Personal Information. If you are a California resident a request can be made by a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, in such event you must provide us with signed documentation that you have authorized an agent to act on your behalf.
8.1.3. Rights of Colorado Residents. If our Processing of your Personal Information is subject to the Colorado Privacy Act ("CPA"), you are entitled to the following rights:
i. Right to Access/Right to Know. You have the right to confirm whether and know the Personal Information we collected on you.
ii. Right to Deletion. You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information that we collect or maintain, subject to certain exceptions. Please note that we will delete or de-identify Personal Information not subject to one of the exceptions and will direct our subcontractors to take similar action.
iii. Right to Correction. You have the right to correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information, taking into account the nature and purposes of Processing of such Personal Information.
iv. Right to Opt-Out from Selling. You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information to third parties. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell Personal Information.
v. Right to Opt-Out of the Use of Automated Decision Making. In certain circumstances and to the extent applicable, you have the right to opt-out of the use of automated decision making in relation to your Personal Information.
vi. Right to Data Portability. You have the right to obtain the Personal Information in a portable, and to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the Personal Information to another entity without hindrance.
vii. Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment if and when you exercise your rights regarding your Personal Information under the CPA.
8.1.4. Rights of Virginia Residents. If our Processing of your Personal Information is subject to the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, as amended ("VCDPA"), you are entitled to the same rights as Colorado residents described above in Section 8.1.3.
8.1.5. Rights of Connecticut Residents. If our Processing of your Personal Information is subject to the Connecticut Data Privacy Act ("CDPA"), you are entitled to the same rights as Colorado residents described above in Section 8.1.3.
8.1.6. Rights of Utah Residents. If our Processing of your Personal Information is subject to the Utah Consumer Privacy Act ("UCPAA"), you are entitled to the same rights as Colorado residents described above in Section 8.1.3.
8.1.7. Right of Nevada Residents. Subject to several exceptions, Nevada law allows Nevada residents to opt out of the sale of certain types of Personal Information. We currently do not “sell” Personal Information as defined in the Nevada law.

9. DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO THIRD PARTY LINKS?
9.1. You may, during your use of the Website, access links to or other websites operated by third parties outside of DFY Ordinary.
9.2. Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies to Personal Information that we (or third parties on our behalf) collect from or about you on the Website only and we cannot be responsible for Personal Information collected and stored by third parties.
9.3. Third party websites, have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, and you should read these carefully before you submit any Personal Information to these websites.
9.4. We do not endorse or otherwise accept any responsibility or liability for the content of such third-party websites or third-party terms and conditions or policies.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
10.1. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post new or updated privacy policy in our Website. Each version of this Privacy Policy will be identified by its effective date, which you can find at the top of this Privacy Policy. The new or updated privacy policy will be effective from the date mentioned at the top page of the new privacy policy.
